This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes the information that Edepto Business (“We,” “we,” “Us,” “us,” “Edepto”) collects from you as part of the normal operation of our services and what may happen to that information.
Edepto Business is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information on our website “business.edepto.in” (the “Website”) and Edepto mobile application (the “App”) (the Website and App are collectively referred to as the “Platform”) and developing technology that gives you a powerful, safe, and secure online experience.
Please read this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use Agreement (available at Terms of Use Agreement) carefully before using the Platform to understand how we use information you submit to/on the Platform. This Privacy Policy is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended/re-enacted from time to time) (“IT Act”) and rules thereunder, and is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, as well as Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. This Privacy Policy is an electronic record, generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Some features of the Services may be offered in conjunction with a partner company, requiring the sharing of your personal information. The services provided by Edepto business and the Platform are not intended for use by any citizens, nationals, or residents of any country other than India.

We, our affiliates, or any third-party service providers with whom we have entered into contractual arrangements may also process any personal and/or usage-related information collected from you for legitimate commercial purposes, including providing the services under the App. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of our processing of personal information.

The information collected shall be retained only for a limited duration necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined herein unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Once the purpose is achieved, all personal information is deleted in a safe and secure mode. We have adopted reasonable security practices and procedures as required under applicable law and have included strategic, operational, managerial, technical, and physical security and encrypted controls to safeguard and protect your data and information.
